Scope of Practice
Dr. Stephen Robbins, M.D., is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon devoted to the care of patients burdened by spine-related disorders, with a special interest in developing minimally invasive surgical techniques.

Dr. Stephen Robbins

A father of four, Dr. Robbins has been active in the Milwaukee medical community for more than 10 years, pushing the technology of his field along the way. State-of-the-art in his techniques, Dr. Robbins' philosophy mixes aggressive treatments with a conservative approach to surgery.

Marty Naber, OPA-C, has been assisting Dr. Robbins since 1989 and is a certified Orthopedic Physician Assistant (OPA). He specializes in close patient contact both in the office and as a part of post-operative care. Marty also assists Dr. Robbins in surgical procedures and analysis of test results.

Dr. Robbins received his undergraduate degrees from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin and went on to receive his doctorate from the University of Illinois. Dr. Robbins completed his orthopedic training at the Medical College of Wisconsin and received a spine fellowship from Sunnybrook Medical Center at the University of Toronto.

Marty studied at the University of Iowa and went on to Kirkwood Community College, where he completed the OPA program. He is certified by the American Society of Orthopedic Physician Assistants (ASOPA).
